From a shortlist to a confirmed plan
This tool finds catalogue matches. It cannot confirm clinical suitability, remove a hospital-required examination or book an additional specialist. Explain your main goal and whether relevant recent records already exist; ask the receiving clinician what can inform the plan before paying for extra tests.
- Keep the requested changes explicit: a named examination, body region or side, a dental appointment, refraction or a specialist discussion.
- Ask which items belong to the selected package and which require a separate provider, quotation and appointment.
- Supply travel dates and the latest day you can attend. Confirm attendance, report and image-file dates separately; a short routine visit does not settle the whole itinerary.
- Accept the final written scope, total, exclusions and hospital confirmation. If two adults need different tests or staggered times, record their plans separately.
