Where the information comes from
The package catalogue is compiled from supplied published package listings and presented in English. We preserve the stated examination scope rather than treating a similar label as an identical procedure. Separately, hospital, university and government references support the institutional facts linked on our hospital profiles. General medical explanations cite public health or professional sources. Our own service terms come from the operating team’s confirmed arrangements.
Written booking correspondence and visitor feedback support the specific milestones in our documented stories. They do not verify every current package at the same hospital. We keep source records privately and publish only the relevant authorised account.
How we present USD prices
Each displayed amount is the approved CheckupInChina selling price per person for that named package. It includes the examinations and coordination services stated in the booking terms. It is not the hospital’s underlying cost, a claim about its walk-in tariff or a live currency conversion. We do not apply a second hidden coordination charge to services already included in your agreed total.
A city’s price range and budget counts are calculated from the selected catalogue, not a national market survey. Eligibility and included tests differ. Extra scans, consultations, treatment, travel, postage and express requests need a separate agreed quote. There is currently no universal stand-alone add-on price list on this website.
What each date means
- Package record updated
- The date its published catalogue information was last changed. It is not a new hospital confirmation.
- Institutional source checked
- When the team reviewed the specific linked source for an institutional fact.
- Service arrangements confirmed
- When our operating team confirmed the routine support and report arrangements.
- Appointment confirmation
- The hospital, scope, date and total agreed for your request before payment. A website visit cannot establish this.
We do not refresh a “verified” date merely because a page was rebuilt. We do not describe every listed package as hospital-verified without a package-specific record supporting that claim. Where confirmation is still needed, we say what needs to be checked.
Reading comparisons correctly
The comparison tool matches named examination labels. “Not listed” means absent from that record, not unavailable at the hospital. One panel can contain several markers; one “either/or” entry can be a choice rather than two included procedures. A broader title or higher price does not prove a clinically better or more complete option.
The examination guides show which current lists explicitly name a test and link back to the full packages. Those package totals are not prices for buying the individual test alone. Similar examinations still require confirmation of body region, method, contrast, sedation and reporting scope where relevant.
How we handle changes and discrepancies
When a discrepancy is identified, we flag the affected record for clarification and avoid suggesting it as a confirmed choice. We retain the reference so the question can be resolved, rather than guessing a new sex label, examination or price. Scope conflicts are removed from automated shortlists until the source and institution can be reconciled.
Before accepting payment, the team reconfirms the selected institution, examination list, appointment and total. We do not claim that every package is reconfirmed on a fixed monthly cycle. A substantial correction receives a new content date; a page-layout change does not become evidence of a new hospital check.
Our role and the hospital’s role
CheckupInChina is a comparison and appointment-coordination service operated by Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司) The hospital provides medical care, determines suitability and interprets results. A listing, link or institutional profile does not by itself establish a partnership, endorsement or exclusive booking relationship.

Help us correct a record
Email hello@accesschinamed.com with the page URL, package reference and the statement to check. Keep passport copies and medical records out of the initial message. The team reviews the relevant source and updates the public record when the correction is established.
