  1. STEP 01

    Choose your starting point

Compare the city, named provider, USD price and listed examinations. Use Build My Checkup if you want a shortlist.

  2. STEP 02

    Send your travel details

Share your preferred and alternative dates, departure date and number of visitors. Keep medical records out of the initial enquiry.

  3. STEP 03

    Confirm your plan and pay

We confirm the hospital, scope, date and total in writing. Full payment follows that confirmation; the team then secures the appointment.

  4. STEP 04

    Prepare with clear instructions

Receive the exact arrival point and the institution’s instructions for food, drink, medicines and any separately scheduled procedure.

  5. STEP 05

    Attend with English support

Allow approximately 2–3.5 hours for the regular checkup. Your coordinator supports registration, finding examination rooms and communication.

  6. STEP 06

    Receive your bilingual reports

Receive the Chinese original and the agreed English version on the dates confirmed for your package. Set the delivery channel before travelling onward; ask whether a doctor’s review is included or separately arranged.

Separate appointments

MRI, gastroscopy and colonoscopy are booked separately. Their preparation, appointment times and reports are agreed before booking. Keep a buffer for travel and any other specialist visits.

What the coordinator does

Your coordinator helps with registration, navigation between examination rooms and English communication. The medical institution performs examinations and gives clinical advice; the coordinator is not a substitute for a clinician.

After the report arrives

Keep both language versions. If the report recommends review, ask the treating clinician about the next step. We can coordinate a separately quoted follow-up appointment if needed.

Know what your written plan contains

Before payment, check the provider, arrival address, examinations, dates, support and total together. Use our written confirmation checklist to keep the arrangements in one place.

Preparation follows your actual test list

Ask the institution when to stop food, whether water is allowed and what to do about your usual medicines. Follow its individual instructions; do not stop prescribed medication based on a general website checklist.

If your plans change

Confirm first, then pay: receive the hospital, package, appointment date and total in writing before full payment. Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. One complimentary reschedule is available, subject to hospital availability. Read the full payment and cancellation terms.

Talk to a named team

Steven coordinates appointment planning from Nanjing. Lucy supports visits in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Your booking confirmation identifies the support arrangements for your particular visit. Meet the coordination team.

Plan your report handover before you travel

Agree separate dates for the Chinese original and English version, the delivery channel and any doctor review. A routine estimate is not a deadline for every package. MRI, endoscopy and additional investigations may have separate schedules.

For HKU-Shenzhen Hospital and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, confirm the timetable for the specific centre and package.
