What the form collects
We use your name, email, optional contact number, chosen package, city, travel dates, number of visitors and planning notes to respond to your request. The form also uses a security token, an opaque request reference and limited technical controls to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
Submission records and email notifications
Submitted enquiries are retained in private server storage, outside the public website, with a 90-day retention period. Expired records are removed during cleanup checks, including when a new enquiry is processed. Email correspondence may be retained separately for ongoing bookings and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This helps the team recover a request if its email notification is delayed. Notification status is recorded separately: receipt of a website request does not mean an email has already reached an inbox or that an appointment is confirmed.
The hosting and email providers process information to operate the enquiry service. The coordination team uses it to contact you. Relevant appointment information may be shared with the selected institution when needed to arrange your requested service. Website enquiry records are not a medical record repository.
Medical reports and sensitive documents
Do not submit reports, identity documents or detailed medical histories in the initial form. If a hospital needs clinical information, we agree an appropriate private route and recipient with you. Report delivery is arranged separately before the visit. Ask the team about access, recipients and delivery arrangements before sending sensitive documents.
On your device
Selected package identifiers and planning preferences may be saved in your browser so you can continue comparing. Contact details entered into the form are not intentionally saved in browser storage. You can clear site storage through your browser settings.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are off until you allow them in Cookie preferences. When allowed, we measure general page visits, planning steps and successful enquiries. Detailed package names, test selections, URL query text, names, email addresses and form notes are not sent as analytics event fields. An opaque submission reference can be used to avoid counting the same enquiry twice.
We do not enable enhanced conversions or advertising personalization in this integration. Measurement providers receive technical connection information and may process it outside your country. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing. A website enquiry event is not a confirmed booking or proof of a medically qualified lead.
Your cookie choice and deduplication references are stored in your browser. Use to change your choice. Declining optional measurement does not prevent an enquiry.
