Planning around an international itinerary
A visitor from the UK was travelling through China and needed a women’s health checkup in Guangzhou. Because she did not yet have a mainland phone number, the coordination team worked with her hotel contact details so the clinic could complete its registration without delaying the booking.
The appointment was confirmed in writing
The team confirmed the arrival window, clinic address, navigation details, the pre-visit questionnaire and the preparation instructions. When an earlier date was full, the visitor was offered the next available morning and kept on a waiting list for the earlier slot. She chose the confirmed date so her travel plan remained predictable.
Clear costs and service scope
The coordination fee and clinic fee were separated clearly. The clinic fee was paid directly to the clinic, while the coordination fee had already been received. The team also explained the included women’s health services, English coordination, Chinese–English reporting and remote English interpretation with a doctor. Any optional examination was to be quoted before it was added.
Small details that make an overseas visit easier
- Arrival time and clinic address were supplied before the visit.
- Fasting, alcohol, clothing, contact lenses and cycle-related preparation were explained in advance.
- The visitor could choose a Western breakfast and black coffee after the examination.
- The expected bilingual report timing was discussed in relation to her departure plans.
“Everything is good. Thank you :)”
