Start with two lists, not a couples bundle
Travelling together does not mean needing the same examinations. A September 2026 enquiry to our shared team illustrates the difference: a couple attending the Canton Fair wanted checkups for both people, with additional imaging discussed for one of them. Compare what the package actually includes
Open the listed examination details for each starting package. Check the names of examinations, which are optional and what needs clinical review. Do not treat a general label such as “cancer screening” as confirmation that a particular breast examination or scan is included. Ask for the exact agreed list in writing.
Build the total from visible parts
Add each person’s selected package and their separately agreed extras, then check the combined written total. Identify imaging, consultations, dental treatment or transport individually where requested. Do not assume a discount because two people attend. Compare actual Guangzhou prices and inclusions.
The prospective visitors’ follow-up questions were about whether the quoted imaging was included and whether there were other charges. A useful written quote answers both before a booking decision: which scan and body region, which person, included or extra, and what happens if the plan changes.
Ask how English support works for two people
Same-hospital and same-morning scheduling can simplify travel, but the two examination routes may separate. Ask whether the coordinator remains with one person, moves between them, or whether additional support is needed. Confirm the coverage and any cost instead of assuming one arrangement works for every pair.
Keep the payment question separate from the price question
Confirm who receives payment, when it is due, which method is accepted, and the relevant change or cancellation terms. Alipay was discussed in the documented enquiry. For a new booking, our operating team confirms payment instructions after the hospital, package, date and total are agreed in writing. Full payment follows that confirmation; an enquiry alone does not reserve a slot.
