Plan your checkup around your visit to China
A practical planning checklist covering city, dates, hospital confirmation, English support and bilingual report delivery.
Start with the city and available dates
We list options in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Zhangjiajie, Kunming. Select the city you will actually visit, your preferred morning and an alternative. Include your arrival and departure dates so the appointment and report delivery can fit your trip.
Choose a provider and examination list
Use the catalogue to compare named hospitals and providers. The same price or package label does not mean identical examinations at another institution. Open the package page and check every listed item you want to discuss.
Confirm, pay and receive your arrival plan
Confirm first, then pay: receive the hospital, package, appointment date and total in writing before full payment. Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. One complimentary reschedule is available, subject to hospital availability. Read the full payment and cancellation terms.
After the appointment is secured, keep the hospital address, campus, arrival point and contact details offline. Your coordinator explains the meeting arrangement and English support for the visit.
Keep two timelines in view
The regular checkup takes approximately 2–3.5 hours at the hospital. Chinese and English report delivery dates are confirmed for your package before payment. MRI, gastroscopy and colonoscopy need separate appointments and report dates. Travel, specialist review and treatment are outside the regular visit window.
Follow the institution’s preparation instructions
Ask about food, water, medicines and documents for your actual examination list. Raise any suitability question with the clinical team. Do not change prescribed medication on the basis of a general planning guide.
Send the useful details once
Send your package, city and dates, along with the number of visitors and any scheduling constraint. The initial form does not need medical records, passport copies or detailed diagnoses.
