A checkup that worked around the trip.
Two travellers, an adjusted itinerary and reports received during onward travel.

The request: fit a checkup into an onward journey
Two visitors travelling together first contacted the team while travelling in Yunnan. They were due to reach Kunming around lunchtime the next day and asked whether a comprehensive checkup could fit into their brief stop.
The team checked the appointment constraints with the centre. Rather than keeping the original arrival-day plan, the couple chose an extra night and a morning visit:
“Can we do the exams Wednesday instead so we arrive in Kunming tomorrow and stay one extra night instead? Then it is less of a stress”
From a changed date to a practical plan
The messages record a revised appointment for both visitors, hotel options adjusted to their preferences, booking confirmation and a morning taxi arranged through the hotel. The client wrote:
“Thanks for all your help”
The couple declined on-site accompaniment because they were travelling together. This case documents remote coordination, not an accompanied examination. Hotel and taxi arrangements were specific to this booking and are not automatic benefits of today’s checkup packages.
Reports followed them on their travels
On July 29, the couple confirmed that they had finished their checkups and planned to continue to Vietnam. The chat records report documents being shared on August 2, four calendar days after the visit. They replied:
“We are in SaPa Vietnam now so still traveling”
In a later follow-up, receipt was explicitly confirmed:
“Thanks, yes we got them. Still looking at them”
What to agree before your own trip
Share your arrival time, departure date and whether you want on-site accompaniment. Ask the centre to confirm preparation instructions for your actual examinations. Agree how and when reports will be delivered, particularly if you will have left China.
Can two people keep their onward travel plans?
Start with the time you can reach the hospital, not just the time your train reaches the city. In this case, the couple’s planned 12:02 arrival did not fit the centre’s morning arrangement, so they chose an extra night. The team later sent hospital details, arranged a taxi through the hotel and provided a further summary on the morning of the visit.
Confirm a plan for each person, your meeting or arrival point, whether you want accompaniment and how reports will reach you after departure. The multi-city itinerary guide and written confirmation checklist help put those decisions in one place. Send your city, dates and number of visitors to start your own plan.
